This creates a welcoming atmosphere for prospective buyers and sets a pleasant tone for what lies inside. It's really important that you trust your Realtor and can share the real reasons you are selling (even if it’s due to a divorce or financial struggles). Pricing Your Home

Determining the fair market value for a property is not an exact science. However, some factors can be considered to arrive at an estimate. These factors include examining comparable sales, current listings, and the duration of their market presence. Based on these numbers, an average can be created. Additionally, the property's location and proximity to highways, shopping centres, and recreational facilities should also be considered.
